Vacyk Nikolay Vladimirovich was born on April 04, 1983 in Lviv.
From 2000 to 2005 he studied at the Academy of Civil Protection of Ukraine.
From 2005 to 2009 he served as a senior inspector of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in the Luhansk region.
From 2009 to 2014, he served in the sector of fire and technical research of the Department of Explosive and Fire Engineering Research of the Scientific Research Forensic Center at the GUMVD Ukraine in the Luhansk region.
He remained faithful to his duty and to the people of his land. Since September 2014 , he continued service in the internal affairs bodies of the Luhansk People's Republic as the acting head of the Department of Fire Technical Expertise of the Department of Explosive and Fire Technical Expertise The Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR.
In 2021, he was appointed head of the department of the Special Purpose Center of the Operational Response Forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR.
During the period of service , he was repeatedly encouraged by departmental awards of the Ministry of Internal Affairs LNR. In 2018 , he was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Head of Lugansk The People's Republic.
