Vladimir Vyacheslavovich Shabalin. He was born on November 26, 1983 in the town of Turan, the district center of the Piy-Khemsky district. He died on June 17, 2022 - the 114th day of "tuskaylattyngan sherig operation" - "special military operation" in Ukraine. He was 38 years old. Major of police: Detective officer for especially important cases of the group of tactics of use of forces and facilities of the division of planning and interaction during special operations "Ezir" of the Department of the State Security Service of the Republic of Tuva.
He graduated from school No. 1 in Turan, played for the national soccer club "Avtomobilist", was engaged in freestyle wrestling, sambo, judo. After entering the Faculty of Physical Education of Tuva State University, continued to practice: medalist and champion of the Republican Society "Dynamo".
Since 2008 - contract service. Awards: Medal II degree "For Distinction in Service", badge "Participant of hostilities". Posthumously awarded the right to wear maroon beret.
He is a father of four children. One of the three children of Zinaida Aleksandrovna Chyrgal, who worked at the "Krasny Plakhar" agricultural cooperative until her retirement. Mourning relatives said: learning about the death of her son, Zinaida Chyna died suddenly at age 65 (January 12, 1956 - June 20, 2022).
The funeral took place in one day - on June 22 - at her home address and in the Cultural Center named after Mark Oyun, the funeral ceremony took place in "Sayany" cafe. Mother and son were buried side by side in the Turan Cemetery.
In Tuva, at the farewell ceremony for police major Vladimir Shabalin, an employee of the special rapid reaction unit “Ezir”, who died during a special military operation, he was awarded a Maroon Beret (posthumously).
The Beret, which is a symbol of honor, courage, professional skill of military personnel and employees of special forces units of the Russian Guard and the distinctive sign of the most trained special forces, was handed over to the father of the Russian Guard.
