Tsekov's successor as commander of the 200th Motorized Rifle Brigade was Colonel Seritsky Andrey Anatolyevich.
In 2015, he signed a submission for combat awards for participation in the war in the Donbass and in Syria in 2016. Prior to his appointment as commander of the 200th Motorized Rifle Brigade, he was commander of the 212th District Training Center for the Training of Junior Specialists of Tank Troops (Russian - 212th Training Center), military unit 21250. In December 2016, by Putin's decree, he was awarded the rank of Major General. He was appointed Deputy Commander of the 36th Combined Arms Army in the lead up to the invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
Update (September 24, 2022):
Seritsky appears to have recovered from his wounds and been transferred to Chief of Staff of the 14th Army Corps. He was recently noted awarding the Order of Courage to a dead soldier's mother:
The mother of Denis Timokhin, who was killed in the war in Ukraine, was presented with the Order of Courage.
According to the Decree of the President Denis Anatolievich Timokhin was awarded for selflessness, courage and bravery, for courage and decisive actions performed in the performance of military duty, in conditions involving a risk to life.
The award to Denis' mother Nina Shchukina was presented by the Head of the region Andrey Chibis, the Chief of Staff of the 14th Army Corps of the Northern Fleet Major-General Andrey Seritsky and the military commissar of the Kola District Oleg Zaytsev.

Seritsky appears to have been made acting commander of the newly formed 25th Combined Arms Army:
On June 1, in the Samara region, at the site of combat coordination of units of the Bashkir Motorized Rifle Regiment, the Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov, met with the army command and the leadership of the military unit, on the territory of which servicemen from Bashkortostan are trained.
On the agenda are the issues of arrangement and provision of personnel of the motorized rifle regiment. The discussion was attended by Acting Commander of the 25th Combined Arms Army, Major General Andrei Seritsky, Commander of the 67th Motorized Rifle Division, Colonel Zulfat Nigmatzyanov, Commander of the Bashkortostan Motorized Rifle Regiment Roman Mustafin, Head of the Administration of the Head of Bashkortostan Maxim Zabelin, Minister of Health of the region Airat Rakhmatullin, Acting Minister of Construction and Architecture Ridal Saetov, Minister of Transport and Roads Alexander Klebanov, as well as heads of a number of districts.
At the meeting, issues of supply of food, drinking water, building materials and equipment were discussed. The head of the region also spoke about plans to open a medical center on the territory of the military unit.
The acting commander of the 25th Combined Arms Army, Major General Andrei Seritsky, thanked the leadership of the republic for supporting the initiatives to form volunteer units and providing military personnel with everything they need.
"Bashkortostan plays a leading role in recruiting military units. It's good that people have time to go through combat coordination. Thank you very much for this," said Andriy Seritsky. "The units successfully carry out training programs, the servicemen are very responsible for training."
