A memorial plaque to graduate Vladimir Ulyanov was installed on the facade of the building of Ryazan school No. 51


As part of the grand opening of the memorial plaque, a rally was held on the site near school No. 51 in memory of graduate Vladimir Viktorovich Ulyanov, who died during a special military operation and was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage.

The meeting was attended by school teachers, students, classmates and colleagues of Colonel Ulyanov, his relatives and friends.

Fresh flowers were laid at the opened memorial plaque. The memory of the deceased graduate was honored with a minute of silence.
