From birth, Denis Davydov was proud to be the namesake and namesake of the famous hero of the Patriotic War of 1812, and grew up with the understanding that he would definitely become a military man and certainly a real hero worthy of the glory of his great predecessor. In the end, this is how it all turned out.
Denis was born on February 10, 1982 in the village of Kryukovka, Michurinsky district, Tambov region. My father worked as a combine operator and machine operator on the Rossiya collective farm. This work is hard, he came home late, and the boy had to do all the housework. The village boy knew what rural work was: a vegetable garden, harvesting, a cow, hay, and when six years later his younger brother was born, he looked after him. The future hero grew up active and athletic: he played war games, loved to kick a ball, but he didn’t shy away from work, helping his father on the collective farm.
