Service History:

On August 5, 1997, Alexander was appointed to the position of duty officer of the centralized security department of the private security department at the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Kudymkar, Perm Region.

On December 1, 1997, he was appointed to the position of head of the centralized security point of the private security department at the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Kudymkar, Perm Region.
