Rank Corrected - Despite the two line on his epaulets that indicate a senior officer rank, the text on the plaque accompanying the image describe him as "Старшина штурмовой бригады, оператор-наводчик ПТУР" which translates to "Foreman of the assault brigade, ATGM operator-gunner". Foreman is a term often used by the Russians to describe a Warrant Officer. Until more information becomes available clarifying his rank, we are forced to remove him from the list and mark him as Corrected.
