November 9, 2023: Two Russian command posts were hit/destroyed during the day - between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. today. One of these control points was almost certainly an HQ at Skadovsk, in the temporarily occupied part of Kherson Oblast. The latest information available suggests that five people were killed ant 15 injured in the attack. It has been rumored that high-ranking officers were among the victims.
