In 2022, he entered into a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, assigned to serve in the military unit of the Orenburg region, from where he was sent to the Northern Military District zone. He took part in hostilities and was seriously wounded.
For his courage and heroism, by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated January 24, 2023, he was awarded the medal “For Courage.” Having completed treatment, in March of this year he continued to serve in the RF Armed Forces, but on October 2, 2023, he died suddenly due to illness.
