In Sevastopol, in secondary school No. 48, a memorial plaque was unveiled to a participant in a special military operation, commander of a minesweeper division of the Novorossiysk naval base, captain 2nd rank Alexander Bobrov.
By decree of the President of the Russian Federation, Captain 2nd Rank Alexander Yuryevich Bobrov was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage.

The ceremony was attended by the officer's relatives, representatives of local government bodies, military personnel of the water protection unit of the Novorossiysk naval base, teachers and school students.

To the sounds of the orchestra of the Black Sea Fleet headquarters, a memorial plaque to Captain 2nd Rank Alexander Bobrov was unveiled on the facade of the educational institution.

The ceremony ended with the passage of the Black Sea Fleet honor guard company.
