After graduating from the Kolyvan school, Pyotr Sitnikov entered the Ulyanovsk Higher Military Technical School named after Bogdan Khmelnitsky. After graduation, he served in Ulyanovsk, Buryatia, Samara and Moscow. Major Pyotr Viktorovich Sitnikov participated in the Northern Military District and died on June 26, 2023 in the city of Svetlodar, awarded the Order of Courage posthumously.
