The TopCargo200 team would like to tell you a little bit about "V", a peacetime engineer turned wartime drone expert. We met him when BigMac (one of our guys fighting on the ground in Ukraine since the start of the war) began drone training with V's unit. For the last year and a half, V has been a soldier in his local Territorial Defense Forces unit, while using his expertise and free time to repair drones for other Ukrainian soldiers (at his own expense).
Not only that, but he designs and builds his own FPV drones that have a larger load capacity, and longer range, than their commercial alternatives. As if that weren't enough, he also makes and fixes a whole range of antennas and other drone related equipment - all of this entirely out of his own pocket. You can see some of his work below, it's truly incredible.
Needless to say, this is not a cheap undertaking, especially after doing it for a year and of half. Frustratingly, because V isn't part of the "official supply chain", his work continues to be self-funded, despite the tremendous good it does.
If you choose to donate to support V's work, please include "BigMac and TopCargo200.com" as a comment so that he knows where it came from. If this does well enough, we may get some exclusive drone videos to post here.
Note: Donations through Monobank (below) are in Ukrainian Hryvnia (₴). At current exchange rates, 100 ₴ is about $2.75 or €2.50
Not a lot of people realize that even with the aid coming to Ukraine, a lot of soldiers and units have to buy their own drones. People like V, and their high quality work, are a vital lifeline. Please support him as he supports us!
