> Murzin Igor Dmitrievich was born on June 3, 1970 in the city of Kambarka, Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.From 1977 to 1987 he studied at the Kudinovskaya secondary school in the Kaluga region.  
> He completed his military service at the Kaluga Aviation Technical School from 1987 to 1990, and studied as an aircraft and aircraft engine mechanic technician. Afterwards he worked at the Kemerovo Aviation Training Center as a helicopter technician and flight foreman.  
> In March 1993, he transferred for further service to the Special Rapid Response Department of the Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Department of Internal Affairs for the Kemerovo Region. Subsequently, the detachment was reorganized into a special rapid response detachment “Symbol” of the Russian Guard Directorate for Kuzbass.  
> As part of the detachment, Igor Dmitrievich was sent to a special military operation. On February 25, 2022, while covering the retreat of his comrades with fire, he received injuries incompatible with life.
