Yevgeny is being added to the list as a Dishonorable Mention because we do not have confirmation of his official military rank. However, as a brigade deputy commander he was certainly senior. He is also said to have been the founder and original commander of the "Ermak Battalion" in the LPR's Prizark Brigade (active since 2014).
